1) Every Photo Shoot booked with Welcome Elite Studio is pre planned with our clients
and the time slot is fixed for each shoot.
2) We plan accordingly that our clients booking time doesn’t overlap & clients do not have to wait for their shoot.
3) We maintain proper hygiene in our photo studio. Our entire studio is sanitized after every shoot.
4) Theme shoots of newborn & infants are planned prior to shoot, through pre-shoot discussion with clients.
5) The pre-shoot discussion is usually done on the phone and on WhatsApp.
6) Extra costume / backdrop Change will be charged Extra.
7) Twin Babies will be charged extra.
8) Costumes for Newborn and Infants will be provided by Welcome Elite Studio.
9) Photos will be delivered within 15 days of shoot after processing.
10) Photos softcopy after processing will be given in high-quality in email / whatsapp
document file.
11) All edited images will have our logo within the digital photograph.
12) We do not provide images in Pendrives as due to security issues we do not insert
external pen drives into our systems.
13) Printed pictures and frames can be collected from Welcome Elite Studio.
14) We reserve permission to use our pictures in social media, advertising and awards.
15) Payment is due on the day of the shoot. We accept Cash, UPI.
